Mark Skolnick has been in the mortgage industry since 1991.  Originally form Boston and a graduate of UMASS/Amherst, he is licensed as a Broker by the California Department of Real Estate (license # 01126077). Mark began Investment Property Capital in 1999 with the notion that the name of the company should tell the story…Investment Property Capital is focused on providing capital solutions for real estate Investors.

 

In 1993 Mark founded and continues to coordinate Real Estate Roundtable of San Francisco (www.realestateroundtable.org), a real estate think tank and professional networking organization. Mark has been an industry leader in designing innovative loan products including negative debt service loans for commercial property and fractional loan products for the Tenancy In Common market. Over the span of his career he has arranged financing for most types of commercial and residential real estate. Mark is a member of BAMA (Bay area Mortgage Association) and is the wholesale loan correspondent for a local industrial thrift, Circle Bank (www.circlebloans.com).

Jerry Lasley has a storied career in California business banking and real estate finance. Among many hats over his 45 years in the banking industry, he was VP and Manager of the main office of Security Pacific in San Francisco for 7 years, and then later he moved to Bank of San Francisco where he was a Sr. VP working with private banking and commercial real estate clientele. Upon retirement in 2002 he initially dedicated himself to his golf game and travel. However, banking and finance run in his blood, and he joined Investment Property Capital as an Advisor in 2003.
